This piece was inspired by the talented artists Bob Osborne and Carrie.

I wanted to create a work that reflects how the royal family marks significant occasions—through commemorative coins and stamps.

This piece celebrates the moment Rolf Harris painted a portrait of the Queen for her 80th birthday.

By defacing a banknote, it loses its value—just like the original painting, which, I suspect, has been quietly hidden away.

All typography was sourced from promotional leaflets for Save the Children, Childline, and Oxfam.
